檢驗原理

麻疹病毒酶聯(lián)免疫法檢測血清試劑盒

用抗原包被微量板孔，制成固相載體。加患者血清到板孔中，其所含的抗體特異性地與固相載體中現(xiàn)存抗原結合，形成免疫復合物。除去多余物質后，加入結合了堿性磷酸酶的IgG、IgA或IgM抗體，使之與上述免疫復合物反應。洗板，除去多余的結合物，加入底物（對硝基苯磷酸鹽）。其與酶結合的免疫復合物反應，產生有顏色產物，顏色強度與特異性抗體含量成正比。
