注意事項(xiàng)
1. 已剝離皮膚的組織避免接觸皮膚毒液或其他不潔物。
2. 分離神經(jīng)時(shí)，一定要用玻璃分針，不能隨便用刀、剪進(jìn)行操作。
3. 不能過分牽拉神經(jīng)，以免造成損傷。
4. 標(biāo)本制備過程中應(yīng)適當(dāng)?shù)赜萌问弦簼駶櫂?biāo)本。
5. 避免用手指或金屬器械接觸或夾持標(biāo)本的神經(jīng)肌肉部分。
